Employee Not Terminated

Cow-orker's cubicle, towards the end of December:

The sign reads:

DO NOT REMOVE THIS EQUIPMENT
EMPLOYEE NOT TERMINATED

It's a bad sign when it's easier to put up signs saying who's not terminated.
